HOW DO I RETURN AN ITEM?
Please note: Customers are responsible for all shipping costs on returned goods - except in the case of faulty goods or incorrect supply.
FOR ITEMS PURCHASED AT FULL PRICE
We will happily exchange, issue store credit or refund all full price items within 30 days from the purchase date.
FOR ITEMS PURCHASED ON SALE
For items purchased on Sale (Including temporary markdowns, flash sales and use of promotional codes) we will happily issue an exchange or store credit within 30 days from the purchase date.
This policy is conditional so please take the time to note that returned garments must be returned in original sale condition (the garment must not have been worn, washed or altered). Swing tags must also be attached to be eligible for return.

2. We'll provide you with our return address to mail your order back out to us.
3. Simply drop your order in it's original packaging with swing tags attached to your nearest Australia Post Office with the attached Return label firmly affixed and visible onto the packaging.
If your requested exchange item is out of stock you will issued with a full refund for the item. If the item is a sale item you will be issued a store credit.
Please inspect your item upon delivery, we can only accept items which have not been washed, worn or removed from their original packaging. Your item cannot be replaced due to industry standards on Health and Hygiene, and wear and tear.
In the event that you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us immediately. Please do not return any such item before getting in touch with our Customer Kyndness team via our email firstname.lastname@example.org or via our contact page.
